Meet The Team

Caroline was born and raised in Brookhaven, MS. She graduated from Mississippi college in 2020 and married her high school sweetheart JT Cline in 2021. Caroline’s love for animals started early when she adopted her first dog at the age of 8. She has always loved caring for animals. Her favorite breed is a Labrador Retriever. Her love for the loyal breed started when she started duck hunting with her father and brother. She truly believes God has blessed her with the gift of training , caring and understanding dogs . Although Caroline loves what she does, their business is mainly an avenue to show others Christ and make His name known.

JT was born and raised in Brookhaven, MS. After graduating high school and attending college to get his diesel mechanic certification, he married Caroline. She is who introduced him to the world of duck hunting and started MS Flyway Retrievers. This is where his passion for dog training started. Chocolate labs hold a special place in JT’s heart. JT’s passion for the outdoors and love of animals is what drew him into the training world, and of course the fact Caroline needed some help! Through interactions with clients and staff, JT hopes he will exemplify Christ’s love for others.

Carly has worked at MS Flyway Retrievers since the beginning of 2023.
She loves anything to do with dogs, fishing, and kayaking. She is a Senior at Brookhaven Christian
Academy.
Carly 's dream is to eventually breed Golden Retrievers! She has her dream dog, a gorgeous and spoiled golden retriever named Montana.

You may find Carly racing the labs in the airing yard, or getting extra snuggles from the goldens making sure they have a great time!

Jerrod has worked at MS Flyway Retrievers since 2025. He was born and raised in Brookhaven, MS. He attended Enterprise Attendance Center and currently is a cheerleader at Copiah Lincoln Community College and plans to further his education at Southern Miss and continue in cheer. 

He has a Rottweiler named Tex and enjoys fixing old fourwheelers. 

Brooklyn is a junior at By Faith Academy. She has a two year old German Shepherd mix. She enjoys playing with him as much as she enjoys taking care of the babies at MS Flyway Retrievers! Her future plans include going to college and becoming a graphic designer!

Bria has worked at MS Flyway Retrievers since the end of 2024. She is a senior in high school. In Bria's spare time, she enjoys running, weightlifting, painting, and playing with her beagle mix, Bubbles. She loves dogs and will make sure to give your babies extra cuddles!
